The general sales conditions described below (Conditions) govern only the contractual relationship between any user of the Web site Trekoon.com (hereafter referred to as "User" or "You") and Spanish society Trekoon CB, established in Miquel dels Sants Oliver, 9, 07011, Palma de Mallorca (Spain) and NIF E57703753, owner of Spanish web site Trekoon.com.These general conditions of sale are the only ones applicable and replace all other general condition, except in case of cancellation previous express written consent. The prices for the products are indicated as below:

In accordance with the laws governing members of the European Union, Tradeinn is obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU. The price displayed for each item sold by us includes Spanish VAT (18%) (Except for Sweden and Denmark, we are obliged to apply the local 25% VAT due to local authority). But if we are shipping your order to a tax-free zone within the EU, we can deduct the VAT on prices, you just have to indicate this in the field "any comment or special request?" during the checkout process. We will remove the VAT when we charge the order.

4. Availability

We do our best to ensure availability of all advertised products and endeavor to dispatch all parts within the quoted time. If there is a delay we will inform you of this via email and the product will be dispatched as soon as it is available. If you have ordered multiple items they may arrive separately.

We have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered. We will do our best to get all orders sent out as quickly as possible. You have the right to cancel delayed orders at any time, just contact us with your order number.

Occasionally we find ourselves having to withdraw an item because it has become obsolete or has been discontinued. If you have placed an order for an item that has been made obsolete we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative if available. 

 

5. Estimated delivery time

The products purchased can be sent on Trekoon.com currently to Spain, Portugal, Italy, Norway, Denmark, France, Germany, UK. If you would like to receive your order in another country please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
The order will be sent to the address indicated at the time you made your purchase We deliver from Monday through Friday during business hours (9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00), if you think that there will be nobody to pick it up let us know and provide us with an alternative address once you've placed your order.

The time between placing the order and the date of first attempted delivery will be the sum of these factors:

1. Prepare your shipment:
• Validation and verification of your details and payment.
• Preparation of your order (24 hours if in stock or 72 hours if it ask the dealer).
• Pick up by the carrier.

2. Transport time and delivery:
     • 24 to 72 hours depending on delivery area.

These periods are indicated in business days (Monday through Friday). The carrier does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

Trekoon.com will do everything possible to respect the deadlines listed on the site. However, Trekoon.com not
responsible for the consequences due to delayed shipment or a packet loss caused by the carrier, or for reasons or causes unforeseen or insurmountable force majeure. On the other hand, the mode of payment chosen by you may affect delivery times
(see clause 6).

In any case, Trekoon.com no commitment to deliver the order within less than 15 days can reach up to 4 weeks in the worst cases.


6. Payment Method

Trekoon.com offers 3 payment options: credit card / debit card (Visa or Visa Electron and Mastercard), bank transfer and PayPal.

A) Credit Card / Debit Card:
is the fastest payment method, your order will be processed automatically.Online payment with credit card is done through the security system "Verified by VISA ®" and "MasterCard SecureCode ®", which encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted over the Internet.

B) Bank Transfer

7. Right of revocation (return policy)
